宗旨 Purpose

本所秉承創校之教育理念及落實校訓之整體發展目標，依據校、院所訂定的培育目標，培育本所學生長照實務知能與人文素養兼備，並符合在地所需之進階長期照護專業人才。以整合跨專業領域課程，涵蓋健康促進及長期照護服務概念，結合專業實務與人文關懷的培育目標及發展方向，開設多元化課程，課程規劃及特色主要著重於健康促進、疾病預防、長期照護等相關課程，鼓勵師生結合產業及社區資源進行學術研究，協助解決在地長期照護相關產業問題，發揮「務實致用」的技職教育特色，以符合時代特性與產業需求。

1. 課程規劃與特色 Curriculum Planning and Characteristics

◆整合跨專業領域課程，涵蓋健康促進及長期照護服務概念。

◆鼓勵創新研發符合高齡個案需求的多元照護服務策略、方案或開發相關輔具等。

◆提供獎勵補助海外長期照護學術交流及實習機會，增進跨文化與國際視野。

◆每學期開課課程盡量安排在每週週間的同一日，方便在職生進修。

◆本校大學部及慈濟大學畢業生就讀本所可獲獎助學金，請參閱『慈濟學校財團法人慈濟科技大學研究生獎助學金辦法』。

Integrated cross-field professional courses including health promotion and long-term care service

Encourage innovative research and development of multi-care services, programs or assistive devices that are needed by the elderly

Provide incentives and subsidies for overseas long-term care academic exchanges and internships to enhance cross-culture and international vision

Courses of each semester are arranged on the same day every week as possible to make sure the working students can study more conveniently

For graduates of the University of Tzu Chi and Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology that study in our department can apply for scholarships, for more details please refer to “Tzu Chi Foundation Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology Postgraduate Scholarship Regulations”.

1. 未來出路 Future Direction

一、就業方向 Employment

◆政府部門、民間企業、長期照護相關機構、日間照顧中心、居家護理所、社區或長照基金會或協會，擔任機構管理者、個案管理師、照護專家、進階專科護理師或照顧管理督導等，執行健康促進或長期照護服務規劃、訓練及輔導等職務。

◆自行創業開設長期照護機構、居家護理所、日間照顧中心、長照人力資源中心等。 

1. Government department, private enterprise, Long-Term Care Related Institution, day-care center, home-care center, community or long-term care foundation or association, be an institution manager, profile manager, care expert, advanced specialist nurse, care management supervisor, etc. and perform health promotion or long-term care service planning, training and counseling duties.

2. Start your own business in long-term care institution, home-care center, day-care center, long-term care resources centers,etc.

二、進修方向 Study

◆可報考海內外博士班研究所、出國留學，或藉由本校建教合作之海外知名大學申請進修博士班。

Apply for doctoral programs locally or abroad, study abroad, or apply for advanced doctoral programs at well-known universities that the school cooperates with.

三、創業方向 Starting a Business

◆畢業後可自行創業開設長期照護機構、護理之家、居家護理所、日間照顧中心、長照人力資源中心等。

Start your own business of long-term care institution, home-care center, day-care center, long-term care resources center etc..
